If you cannot connect to your workout machine or bike computer please try the following solutions:


  • Tap reset in BlueHeart Bluetooth settings
  • Hit rescan on your device's Heart Rate Settings
  • Connect to a 5ghz wifi network (if available) for both devices
  • Select "Alternate broadcast mode" in Bluetooth settings
  • De-Select "Restart after every workout" in Bluetooth settings
  • Restart your iPhone and your device 
  • Delete and Re-Install the App
