How to connect video:

There seems to be an issue with the last two Peloton updates causing BlueHeart to display zero heart rate or a spinner that never connects. If this is occurring to you please turn off the Bluetooth for 15 seconds on your Peloton, hit reset in BlueHeart settings then try again.





If you cannot connect to your Peloton please try the following steps:


  1. Turn on Peloton and get to the class you want to start
  2. Make sure the BlueHeart iPhone App is force quit (by force closing in the app switcher) on your phone
  3. Make sure the BlueHeart Watch app is quit on your watch
  4. Start the app on your phone


5. Start the app on your watch

6. Press the spin button on your watch

7. Press the start button on your phone app ( if enabled) this will give you the waiting to connect screen

8. From the start screen of the class select heart monitor

9. Select BlueHeart Monitor

  1. It may take a few seconds, be patient

  2. It may connect and disconnect, be patient

  3. you may see the app do the 5-second countdown and start after 5-10 seconds after connect

  4. You should start seeing the heart rate displayed on the screen ( Note the class has not started yet)



10. Hit Back - Wait for a few seconds for the app to connect, sync, and start if it hasn't already your phone screen should look like this now ( With whatever heart rate you have):


*** Note sometimes Peleton says Bluetooth isn't connected but you see the heart rate on the bike, then you are connected, just hit back (this is a peloton/android issue, not a BlueHeart issue).***

Extra troubleshooting steps:

  1. Connect to a 5ghz wifi network (if available) for both devices
  2. Enable"Alternate Broadcast mode"
  3. Restart your iPhone and Peloton 
  4. Delete and Re-Install the App
