- Please double check that you are on 13.2.3 or greater for your iPhone and 6.1 or greater for your watch, if not please update. (There is an outstanding bug that Apple has yet to fix with watch apps built against 6.1 that causes them to fail to install.)
- If you are already on 13.2.3+ and 6.1+ please try installing from Watch App Store.
- If that does not work try power cycling your your watch and phone many users have reported success after doing this.
- Finally please try unpairing and repairing your watch to your phone.
Note the app does not support the original Apple Watch released in 2015 as it is stuck on 4.3
